The Basics

1) AMAC sells business-to-business. Please call 1-800-852-7158 for information about buying AMAC products retail.

2) If you are located in California, you must have a valid California Resale Certificate.

3) We have a $100 minimum on all orders.

4) All of our boxes are stock items and are usually available immediately.

5) All prices are FOB Petaluma, California.

Step Two: Choose your Quantity

We pack our boxes in two ways: Over the Counter and Bulk

Over the Counter
Our minimum pack on our Over the Counter pack varies with each box, although most are in quantities of 25 to 50. Check under each box in the Product Line section, which will tell you how the boxes are packed.

Bulk
Our minimum pack for Bulk Pack is generally 1,000 boxes. If you are interested in Bulk Pack, please give our office a call and we can assist you with selecting the pack that is right for you

Step Three: Choose a Method of Payment

COD
We will be happy to ship COD via United Parcel Service.

By Credit Card
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Terms
Our terms are Net 30, and subject to credit approval.

Set up an AMAC Account
Call or fax us with your order, and we will be happy to let you know the total amount.

Step Four: Choose a Shipping Option

When placing an order, please ask for a shipping lead time for your order. Be sure to add shipping time to the lead time our service representatives quote you.

Our primary shipper is United Parcel Service. Below is a description of the primary services they provide.

Within the contiguous United States, we can ship:

UPS Ground
This service takes five to seven working days if you are in the Midwest to the East Coast, two to three days on the West Coast. Its usually the most cost effective method for shipping AMAC boxes.

UPS Three Day Select
This service costs significantly more than UPS Ground, but is helpful when you need boxes within the week.

UPS Blue Label
Two day service to most parts of the United States.

UPS Red Label
Next day service to most parts of the United States.

For International destinations and delivery to Hawaii and Alaska, we can ship:

Parcel Post
United States Postal Service delivery, which can take one to eight weeks depending on the destination.

Priority Parcel Post
United States Postal Service airmail delivery, which is often much faster than regular Parcel Post.

We can also ship international packages by UPS International Service, DHL, or via a freight forwarder, depending on the size and destination of the package.
